I had Bob sharpen my Wusthof chef's knife. To demonstrate how sharp the finished work was, he shaved a little hair off his arm with it! So my knife is now literally razor sharp. I have been using this knife daily for a month now and it's still sharp enough to shave with!

Bob, I just wanted to say what a great job you did! They're sharper than when they were new, and they look gorgeous. In a month I'm leaving Seattle to manage a small restaurant on a Carribean island and having really sharp knives like this will make the job much more pleasuable.
