Restaurants: We offer pick-up and delivery for orders of 15 knives or more.

4 blocks West of I-5, between Corliss and Sunnyside on the south side of 45th.
Hours:   8:30 AM-6:30 PM, Monday thru Friday and 10:00 AM-6:00 PM Saturday.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.

UPS Location #2: Capitol Hill
1425 Broadway Avenue, Seattle, WA 98122
Broadway Ave and E Pike Street, above the QFC. Free parking is available.
Hours:   8:00 AM-7:00 PM, Monday thru Friday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM Saturday and 12:00 PM-5:00 PM Sunday.

UPS Location #3: Issaquah

Hours:   9:00 AM-6:00 PM, Monday thru Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Saturday and closed Sunday.

Drop off Instructions:

  1. Orders must be wrapped and boxed. Please deliver your knives to either of these two UPS stores in the smallest size box possible or use a box available at the UPS store.
  2. Tape the box shut and write "Seattle Knife Sharpening" on the box for easy identification.
  3. Be sure to include your phone number and email address, as well as information regarding any special needs (e.g. defects such as broken or bent tips)
  4. UPS will have you sign the logbook when you drop off your knives and again when you pick them up. I will notify you by phone when your knives are ready for pick up.
  5. Pay on pickup. For all dropped-off sharpening orders, please pay at time of pickup. Checks only please, for amount on receipt. No cash can be accepted.
  6. And remember, all knives must be wrapped and boxed!

Turnaround time is usually just 1-2 days.

Shipping Instructions:

  1. Wrap, then pack. Be sure knives are well wrapped inside a shipping box. If I determine the box in which you shipped your knives is unsuitable for return shipping, I will use a new, more suitable box at a cost to you of $4.00. This box can then be used for all future shipments.
  2. Please do not put corks on the tips of your knives when shipping. Invariably, the tips end up bent, despite your effort to protect them.
  3. Include credit card info. For shipped orders, please include your credit card information for payment. I will charge your card at the time of return shipping.
  4. Be sure to include your return address and phone number.
  5. Return shipping via standard ground unless otherwise requested.
